Bought 6 of these Telescoping and boom stands for Church services. I have found them to be of good quality and sturdy, but have tipped over a couple of times. I gave stability 4 stars because it has only happened twice.

I wanted to make sure i had enough mic stands to mic the drums and vocals for a band. I only needed to use 4 of them and they worked well. Much lighter than steel stands but if you treat them well they should give you a good return on your investment.

So far I am impressed with the stands. They appear to be well constructed. I just got them a couple of days ago so as of this writing I haven’t had a chance to use them. I will have a better idea how they perform in a couple of weeks when I can use them on several jobs. I can give you a a better idea how they hold up then. The only thing I wish is that the set would come with a bag to carry them in.

Bought a 5 pak, thinking it was an amazing deal. The design looked perfect. Mistake. These stands do not work. Impossible keep the boom arm from drooping down during every song. I have been a musician for many, many years, and have never experienced such poor microphone stands in my life. You cannot tighten the nuts enough to keep it from drooping, and eventually they just turn without tightening at all. Then, the entire top portion of the boom part pops off the stand. It has been factory "pressed" on, and just popped off. I have now gone through two stands in less than 2 months.

This stand is pure junk. I tried to set this up for a keyboard player vocalist and with the knob tightened as tight as it would go, it could not support the weight of an SM58 microphone (the most common stage vocal mic in the world). The boom and mic just slammed down on the keyboard. I have many mic stands and have been setting up stage mics for bands for 40 years. I have never encountered such a poorly made stand before! Buy another brand!

Amazingly enough they were individually packaged inside the box. Easy to put together. Very sturdy and support iPad, microphone and pick guards With no problems. Well worth the price

They come with adapters to make almost any microphone work.However you'll need SHURE clips to run shure wireless mics as theese clips are too small. They work great for instrument mics and corded mics though

I tried out these stands because I plan on replacing all stands that I have. Used them for one of the 3 stages at the Scanfest at Budd Lake NJ this past Sept. The stands are much lighter and fit better into my stand bag. They seem to be built well. I do plan on getting at least 18 more before my season kicks in.
