I read a bunch of reviews prior to purchasing this product and it sounded like the only things folks didn’t love was that they had to screw in the light bulbs properly one at a time before hanging the lights. However, the products I received (ordered two sets of the outdoor LED strings) both came ready to go, with the light bulbs already attached and working perfectly. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that the connection point between two different strings wanted to detach easily with just a little bit of tension - I ended up ziptying them together to make sure they don’t come apart. I also purchased a Newhouse dimming kit/remote so they could be on a timer at night, and that was super easy to install as well. Would recommend the LED bulbs so you don’t have to worry about them getting hot! Color is a nice warm glow, not harsh at all.

I am skeptical of reviews these days, but decided to give this a go based on the reviews here and amazon return policy. It's dollar wise a bit more that other options. Yet on receiving, I am impressed enough to write a review. Here's what you get - a product that exudes quality in and out of the box. Very well packaged, like a high end product rather than chinese lights. Clearly designed for outdoor use, solid outdoor wiring and sockets, not cheaply done. Nice glass led bulbs packaged for no breakage. I read the reviews here about fragility, and screwed the bulbs in after placing the wiring and did not have an issue. Remote works well out of the gate with multiple unexpected desirable settings. 2700K is a slightly whiter yellow than incandescent vintage and won't quite give you the "firelight" feel of non-led bulbs. Overall, a nice set with real glass creating a nice faux vintage look. A quality product that looks like it will last, worth a few bucks over the plastic alternatives..

We purchased these to replace an outdoor set we had for over five years. These look great, and the brightness is fantastic. The remote is easy to use and the bulb color is warm. I like the ability to be able to change the intensity. My only complaint is that I like to have the light sets automatically turn on and off, especially in the winter months. I used a programmable plugin for this feature. However, when I use it with this light set, they default to the brightest setting each time. I would like for them to stay at a lower setting (50%). It's easy to change with the remote, I like to set it and forget it feature I had before. Even so, these are a great purchase.

Three years later still works well with nice dimmable light and warm color. For a while I thought it was going bad because the remote control didn't work well (took about 30 seconds of waving the remote around to get the lights to turn on/off). But then I replaced the battery in the remote and it's working great. Small quibble--would be nice for battery indicator light in remote to NOT light up if the signal it's sending is too weak to turn on the lights.

This is the second string of these lights I purchased.So obviously I liked them.These are nice weather resistant sockets holding full size bulbs.Sturdy black, heavy duty cords and hanging holes.Bulbs I received on the first (Sept 2022) were wonderful dual filament Edison bulbs.The second string purchased several months later (January 2023) were single filament, brighter bulbs.Both are quality, but if you are trying to match an earlier purchased string, check this closely.In net, I highly endorse this product line and the company’s willingness to please the customer.

These outdoor string lights are great. Love that they're LED and they emit a soft/yellowish light (in a good way). They have been strung from our house to a tree and back to the house and have withstood several high wind and rain storms so far without issue. The remote is just a bonus. We are very happy with these.

I like how sturdy the light strand is and the remote control for ease in turning the lights on and off. The one negative thing is that if the power goes out and the lights are still plugged in, but off prior to the outage, the lights will automatically come back on when the power is restored. We use these lights at our weekend home-away-from-home, so we always have to be sure to unplug the strand when we leave. Otherwise, if there is a power outage and then it is restored, the lights will remain on for the entire time while we aren't there, thereby wasting energy.

Just beautiful! They look spectacular when lit, and we used two strings to ensure the entire overhang was covered by lighting. We strung it so it hung just high enough to not hug the ceiling but looped low enough to look like they've always belonged there. I suggest two strands to make sure there is enough decorative lighting, and so it doesn't look like you went cheap. They look great when they're lit, just the right amount of ambiance during the evening, and we've gotten lots of compliments. Completely recommend!
