I've been getting this product monthly for approximately 7 months. I can't say whether it works or it doesn't. I am usually very healthy and just take it as a preventive. I don't feel any better or any worse.I will continue to take it as a preventive supplement.

I'm sure it's a fabulous product. They'll email you 3,234 times a day to review it.I've had the item 3 days. How in the world can I tell the effects after such a short period of time?They'd be better off asking for my review after I've had time to evaluate.

I don't always notice much from supplements, but since taking this for two weeks, I am sleeping better, feel calmer, and have more energy. I will be buying more for next month, as well as buying some for my stepmother with Lyme disease, to see it if helps her.

I can't really tell the benefits, but I'm going to keep it going.
