It worked for four hours! It has cost me over 1k to try and get the stuff set up, then dismantled when it did not work and now I have to pay for postage to return. Just the worst thing I have bought off Amazon ever! And not fulfilled by Amazon. So, a battle ahead no doubt. But really, a nightmare.

This is my second wave spa product and I’m always blown away (no pun intended) by the quality of the inflatable hot tubs. Easy to set up, maintain and generally just a lot of low maintenance fun.

I ordered this item 1st the pump didn’t work so had to inflate with a pump I already had .2nd the bubbles per didn’t work so the actual pump/bubble part didn’t work . I emailed the company they basically called me a liar 🤥 and wouldn’t give me a refund!!AVOID TO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Super easy to put together and runs very quiet. Best of all it relaxes my muscles so no more stiff back! Looks great too!
