ACDelco 8792S Advantage Crankshaft Front Oil Seal

this is not a crankshaft seal. it is the shaft seal for gear selector on 700r4, 4l60 etc.

It is advertised as a front crank seal for LS engines and is actually a shift linkage seal for a 4L80E tranny

this seal is definitely not a front crank shaft seal. The the seal It is way too small looks possibly like a shift shaft seal for transmission??

Found this seal by searching the part # on acdelco and then looking for it on here. yes its mislabled but if you looked up the part number (which you should buying parts off amazon) youll find its a seal for a transmission gear selector on the 4L30 E transmissions (found in isuzu). Fit perfectly in my tranny, no complaints

This appears to be the shifter shaft seal for an automatic transmission. Wish they would have set a ruler near it so as one could tell even if the person writing the description doesn't have a clue.
