Great quality

I was looking for a good brush w/scraper for my Ooni Koda 12" pizza oven. Unfortunately, this will not fit ito the opening. Too bad, it's a quality brush. Even so, I'm going to hang on to it for use on my Large Big Green Egg and possibly for the day I upgrade to the Ooni Koda 16".

This pizza oven brush works great in my outdoor oven. It’s long enough to reach the back, which is what I needed. Good quality and nice design.

The pole comes in sections that do not stay together tightly. The head can go cross-wise or line up with pole, but it requires unscrewing it to switch, so it is not something that can be done easily. I kept it and still use it, but it is rapidly falling apart after about 2 months use.

As someone who really enjoys home cooking and using my pizza oven, I'm always looking for things that will help me cook better and clean up easier and faster. So, when I saw this Pizza Oven Brush with Scraper from EVEDOT I had to request it and give it a try. I can say it does a pretty solid job with a few issues. I like how the brush comes with a screwdriver so you can quickly put it together. I like how the brush is made with strong brass bristles that do a pretty good scrapping and cleaning off burnt on food on the pizza stone. I got in there and was able to remove some of the left-over burnt cheese and toppings from my last time cooking some pizzas last weekend. I like how it has a comfortable handle and is easy to use. I did have an issue with putting it together as you really have to hold it in the right place to get the screws to go in correctly. And unfortunately, since I have a smaller Ooni Karu 12 pizza oven I wasn't able to use the scrapper attachment as the brush would not fit into my oven with it attached. I ended up taking it completely off and just using the brush. After using the brush on the pizza stone, I could see that some of the burnt-on stuff was coming off so overall I'm satisfied with the brush but can only give this a 4 out of 5 stars since I was unable to use the scrapper.
