I wasn’t sure about the size at first but it is absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend.

Works as described

I’ve been using this due to a dual hips and low back injury. I do love the support this gives to the legs, however I only gave this 4 stars because it wasn’t long enough for my legs. I’m about 5’6”/5’7” and if I placed the pillow in the right spot to support my knees, my heels were dangling off the other end of the pillow and not supported, if I had my heels on the pillow, there was no knee support, as that end of the pillow landed about 4” short of my knees, falling on my upper calves. Luckily, the outer case is a bit loose, so I was able to modify it. I had some memory foam stuffing from another pillow, so I sewed up a small bolster pillow that is the same width, but extends the knee end by about 4”. I inserted this little bolster inside the case at the knee end. The outer cover now fits snugly and both my knees and feet are now supported, thanks to my modification. My other issue is that it is very narrow. As a gal with “thick legs”, my legs feel kind of constrained in the narrow width, it would be a lot more comfortable if the pillow was two to three inches wider. Overall, I’m making it work, and it absolutely does help! …but I really wish they had a longer and wider size for taller and larger sized people.

I was sold in the first 2 minutes of using this product. Came fast and in tact. Came compressed and in extra thick plastic. I let it set for 24 hrs. and it was fully expanded. I was healing from a severely sprained knee and pillows were not cutting it. I am continuing to use even after my sprain. The handles make it easy to move the pillow around to. Totally love it and would highly recommend.

This us nice, because unlike pillows, they do not get squashed or move out of place. It could be a little longer though. I am 5' 4" and my feet dangle over the edge a little. Otherwise. I like this.
