Just as pictured and described. I plan to remove the batteries from the printer, so they can go in the battery holes. If I used it more often I would put back up batteries in there. And someone else said the printer fit in upside down, mine was that way on arrival, but if you flip the cushioning over it fits just as it is in the photos for the item, took 2 seconds. I put 10 extras cartridges plus the a/c adapter along with the printer and batteries.

Great for the money

It’s nice to have everything in one place. The label maker fit upside down, unlike the picture, but that doesn’t make any difference.

I purchased this for my Dymo labeler and it fits perfectly. I wanted the larger case to allow for accessories and the labeler and this provides both. I even purchased an extra wall power adapter that fits in the top zippered section along with extra label cartridges in the foam section. The carry handle on the outside makes this easy to transport.
