The stars are my recommendation
My product came in two boxes. Inside the 2nd box at the top was the original gold edition game case, was in game case plastic square on top of the artwork case encased in a square cut out cardboard. Below that was the beautifully designed collectors edition Santisima Muerte statue inside a distinct box with artwork inside out. It came with the redeem code inside the sealed original case. I was in love with the game since I played it launch this year in April when my uncle bought it. I saw it was $100 for the bundle around black friday and then it went down to $60 mid December. No hesitation I bought it and though I've seen complaints on the fact you can't jump and only climb in the game I am willing to accept that imperfection. Vehicle control was another complaint I've seen but it is only a slight peeve with view control on ground vehicles. The plot and level of missions and activities make the game addicting. The genre is action/adventure and though it has online I prefer campaign mode better. Also shipping was fast because I am a prime member and they recently made two day shipping into one.

Is what it is
Statue and case are awesome, totally worth the money. The game, well, it's a Ubisoft game. It's not bad enough to NOT play, but there are basic elements that just aren't there, cuz, y'know, Ubisoft. I like it though. Create your own Ghost (mine looks like Big Boss), open world, interesting storyline, overall, not bad. On the other hand, stuff like, TERRIBLE cover mechanics, less than intelligent AI teammates, occasional bug, makes sure you know it's not THAT great. Final thoughts: I play it, I enjoy it. I got the steelbook, which looks good and the awesome statue, which is what I paid for.

Cool Overpriced Bundle for with an Decent Game
I got the premium edition with the figure and steel book. The figure is tall and well detailed. The rosary beads that come with the figure seem extremely fragile and you can't get them to sit 100% how you like it. The steelbook has a very nice design and is everything you'd expect from a steelbook. You've seen one, you've seen them all. Now, the game itself is enjoyable. Saying that, i'll still admit that the story is lackluster despite good characters, and the gameplay becomes repetitive quickly. I enjoy games like this when I want to do something mindless. If you're seeking a thrilling adventure immersed in storied play, look elsewhere. If you want a semi-mindless third person shoot-em up, this may be the game for you. Trust me on this, once you get the gist of the gameplay down, it's rinse and repeat with nothing more to offer.

CODE WORKED. *But game sucks.
The box set was a value when I payed $50 for it and all the codes worked, but after playing the game for a while now I have to say, it's a waste of money. This game is buggy badly done, poorly optimized for the control layout, and riddles with other issues.Weapons all have pretty random stats, and while that doesn't bother me much what does is the fact that the stats in some cases are completely inaccurate.Terrain is almost impossible to navigate in some areas. More than once I found myself trapped on an ankles deep hole. Other similar issues are abundant(unable to cross a railing waist height, but able climb 15ft straight up cause the "climb" contextual piped up).AI is what has made me just about give up on this game without finishing it. So you stay out of sight 200m away from the enemy outpost, use your drone to disable power and alarms, call in rebel forces as a diversion on the opposite end of the base, you carefully exocuterthe snipers with precision shooting, you then send your drone in rigged with explosives to destroy the objective, only to have them instantly know your exact location once you detonate it. So there you are 200m away, behind a rock, in a bush, laying prone, and 2 truckloads of enemies roll up on you, and a conga line of enemies from. The base run right too you. Your AI teammates are useless in a firefight and once your spotted the enemies have cray vision. The other thing that absolutely kills me is having enemies literally spawn in on top of where you killed them. You shoot, get the red x, your teammate even says "kill conformed" you send your drone in to scout and notice a new sniper standing right on top of the blood puddle of the guy you just killed. The fallen enemys gun still laying beside him. That or you will fly to a location, land and start looking around before enemies spawn in and you're exposed and surrounded. A few times I even hovered a sec to look around before I landed and they all piped in right as I was touching down. Am not talking about "oh I just kissed those guys over there", I'm talking about a clear minimap, and then literally watching them appear in front of me, spot me and start shooting.Vehicles do crazy thing sometimes but I only really use the choppers. I do notice when you get in a chopper it has to start up, spin up for a minute then you can take off, when select enemies see you(the ones that flee), they are airborne before the blades are even fully spinning.I have played this game a few months now and I was able to look past most of this stuff cause I spent my time doing the online stuff with friends. We didn't focus on the story, but collecting crap, clearing bases, messing around, and trying to outdoor each other. It wasn't untill I started doing story missions that the terribleness of this game started to really shine. They don't do servers on the game, so one person hosts and the others joins. The host often changes several times per play session and it leads to some pretty annoying issues. It's quite often that one of us will be flying a helicopter only to get randomly vlown out of the sky by a SAM site we didn't see.Normally you would have the detec brackets, the little detection notification sound, the detected sound, a prompt telling you a missile was incoming, the sound of it coming at you, a diamond with a missile icon helping you spot it, and the lock on alerts the helico its self makes. In multi-player, however, it's random chance you'll get some or any of that. Nothing better than to stealthily work your way through a base with 3 friends, steal achopperrwithout rasing an alarm, take off and fly almost or your destination, only to be blown out of the sky without warning and killed. Usually with your friend what was host going "why didn't you try and dodge that?!".The predator is similarly annoying. You can't go by the blasts you see him shoot. I, myself as well as others I have played with have been downed before the blasts were even fired, though trees, and even through that big rock by the ammo box where you fight him. Several times we see him run by and get shot from where was even though we see him 20m away from where the shot was fired. We actually thought there was too of them for a while. But nope. It's just more bad programming. This game does alot of things right, the open world is big and nice, the combat can be very engaging. You have to be smart and tacticalyas you're not a Rambo in power armor. And helicopter controls are nearly perfect for game play(I really wish they controlled like this in gta online). The other issues and problems just kill this game for me. You might feel differently, and that's great, but this is what myself and several others I know all have to say about the game having played it for about 3 months.
