Great connector
These worked great for me. I repaired a otorcycle harness that had a 3 pin male/female that ripped off. I replaced and this all worked well. It did take some learning as far as crimping and I also soldered. Great fit

Decent value and water tight seal. Don't forget proper crimp tool
Overall, these are great connectors and the seal you get from them is excellent. I am replacing about 100 connections for a Christmas light setup using 12 volt sources. The previous connectors were either garbage against water protection, or were over-sized and some were mis-wired. These, can't be mis-wired from the get go, but you can easily mess that up yourself, but they are marked with numbers, reducing that risk. The part I dislike is the cost of the appropriate tool. But, once you get past that, putting them together with the correct tool (Get the tool designed for super-seal connectors) is a piece of cake. Though, even though is says it works for 18-20 gauge, you will want to double your strip size and fold the wire for a much better hold in the pin. Otherwise, there isn't much strength on the connection. The fold is simple and very effective. The other part that is the biggest negative, is once the pins are in, at least on the male terminal, it's nearly impossibly to take apart in the even of a wire coming out or being wired incorrectly. Thus, a wasted connector. If anyone has a video showing these specific connectors and how to remove the pins so they can be re-used and repaired, please comment with any links.I'm not sure it's ok to add this, but I think it's relevant to making these a better connector to know this tool is perfect for these and not the "Amazon Recommends" tool, as it is generally the wrong type: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GRJDJQN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Trailer Wiring
I used some of these to wire my boat trailer lights. I fish in salt water and constantly fight electrical problems. So far they seem to work, time will only tell.

You probably want something better
These things are really fiddly and quite cheap feeling. Most of the connectors I use are Sumitomo / Denso / Econoseal but needed some fast and the price was right so I got these. I really should've waited on some better connectors. The pins are held in by a plastic tab inside the connector housing. Those tabs are then held in place by a really flimsy red insert that comes pre-installed on the connector, backwards. The pins can be inserted the wrong way but won't stay in like that. Once they're in, you have to fight with that red insert to get everything locked. Assuming you get all that right, there's still no guarantee the pins will stay in.I have a very low level of confidence in the ones I've installed continuing to work for any length of time and will be replacing them at the first opportunity.

Can be a struggle to put together
I struggled to get these put together. Maybe someone with a steadier hands could do it but I found myself losing pins and not getting them to stay

Does the job well
A little difficult to work with and instructions are not great, but they perform well.
