Q: Good prtection from blue computer light?

I never tried them for my computer, I just turned down the bright on the monitor.

No, these glasses are just basic yellow safety glasses. They help with sharpening eye sight in the light, but nothing more.

Q: Would these fit over flat Rx glasses? The picture has contoured/rounded Rx glasses but my wife wears glasses that are flat across (secretary style)

I wear prescription glasses that are pretty flat across the front and they fit fine.It may be determined by how big around those glasses are. Ex. each lens of my glasses measure 2 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" tall and they fit fine over them.

Q: Are these for protection against uva and uvb?

I have a hard time with glasses of any type, I need 60mm width which is large and these fit and look fine over prescription glasses.
