Is this frame waterproof?

It may be but never place it in these wet condition : are you thinking of fish tank use ????

Can this frame accommodate a full A4 print, or is A4 the overall size of the frame?

It is only takes 4" x 6" photos on both sides (in total 2 photos).

Would i be able to press a rose in it

The magnets are strong. But it’s designed to be flat. If you had a very flat rose already probably would be ok.

Would this frame fit a £20 note uk?

A £20 is 3.5” x 6.3”. This is a 4”x 6” frame. So the height of the note would fit but it’s not quite long enough for the width!
