I tried a couple of the "red" shades, and they were nothing but hot pink. Everything was bright-bright pink except the orange, which was a kind of tomato-orange kind of color. I bought the set because I wanted RED. There is NOT A SINGLE RED in this set.I was going to give it three stars, as the stains seem durable and okay if you like hot pink. However, I then decided to swatch them on my arm, so I could show the colors to other potential buyers. They hurt almost instantly and then gave me hives, and I now have a giant patch of painful welts across my wrist. I have never had a reaction like this. BEWARE.
