When ripping the bags apart every so often it'll rip the bag itself so it can't be used but for the quantity and price they are good

Sturdy enough - it's just a Trash Bag! Almost always works well. Why pay more for bags that just collect trash and are thrown away? No scent which is great - no need for an artificial scent for garbage.
