Great looks, faulty hardware.
Each basket came with a rubber gasket to hold them at a desired level, however, gaskets do not hold the baskets when items are put in and weigh it down they fall to the bottom wet or dry. Dissapointing!

I really like the design
I really like the design. It is a bit wobbly on 9 ft. ceilings. I had to secure it to the wall up high to make it sturdy.

Don't waste your money
It's true, the rubber gaskets are a joke and all the trays slide down to the bottom of the pole. I bought this from wal-Mart, where I'm unable to even leave a review or return the product if the box has been opened. What a waste!
