I was hoping that this option would be suitable but i did not notice a huge difference after taking it (4 daily) for a few days. I could tell i got 'sum' energy (which is good) but the fact that it is full of fillers bothers me, especially compared to the pure products that contain zero fillers.cheap does not mean better. 'IF' they would post lab tested results AND removed all the fillers, i would possibly be inclined to buy from them again, for an on the go option for under the tongue....but for now i have opt'd for some other pure products that gave me more positive results.(When i got another more pure product in the mail, i dissolved 1gram of powder in water and drank in the a.m. only. the energy boost and clear brain focus was very noticeable after about 15 mins, then the energy continued on through out the day until later into the evening. AND the positive results just continue, mainly that good feeling of being intune with your body, you feel good, and confident to take on the day with tons of energy. If you try any NMN product and do not get the immediate energy boost and brain clarity on day one, keep looking for a more pure product. You can't go cheap with this one nor can you sacrifice quality.)

NMN, like many supplements, can be hard to review. It's the kind of thing that you may really never know if it's working, since it's supposed to affect things on a cellular level. I don't know about all these people reviewing NMN and expecting some kind of instant energy boost from it. That's not one of the benefits I've ever heard of it having unless combined with resveratrol, which is also supposed to aid the NMN's absorption. I'm 45 and I've been taking various NMN products for about 9 months now, along with quite a few other supplements. I slowly have been feeling better and I have had an easier time losing weight than normal. However, I can't say for sure that NMN was responsible for any of it. As far as this particular NMN supp goes, I like that it's 500mg, as that seems a reasonable dose especially for the price. I also like that it's GMP certified. Other than that, I have no way to tell if it's pure, good quality, etc. But based on the seemingly promising NMN research articles, I'll continue to take NMN supplements such as this one.

I have “some” experience with NMN, having had a product called NMN PRO COMPLETE by ProHealth Longevity. It offered “The perfectly balanced combination of NMN, Trans-Resveratrol and TMG in a powdered, micronized form.So, that being my first exposure to it, kind of spoiled me. It had the 3 IN 1 combination, pre-mixed. Nice!This product by Vitamatic is a 250mg NMN capsule form, so it is more convenient to take.I take just one capsule per day, not two, as I feel I still receive some of the benefits and I already take so darn many supplements. These run 0.42 per capsule, not cheap, but that seems to be about the norm.I do wish there was some indication that this product had been tested by a 3rd party.Made in the USA.Recommended and would buy it again!

This product delivers a dose of 500 mg in form of two capsules, getting to 30 servings per bottle. At the current price of roughly $21 per bottle, this makes it one of the most affordable NMN products out there, and, if anything, NMN is expensive. 500 mg is a very reasonable dosage based on literature - even though Dr Sinclair mentions 1g/day in his book, based on literature 500 mg/day is a pretty reasonable dose at least for someone with my petite frame. The capsules are not small, but not too big either, I had zero trouble taking them. At the time of my order, the product was not eligible for Prime, and it gave me roughly a one-month delivery estimation: actual delivery was much faster, and I got the item in about one week.The product is made in USA and is GMP certified. On the Vitamatic website, they claim 99% purity, good bioavailability, and that the product is stable at room temperature. It is encouraging to see that Vitamatic has a big range of supplements and not just NMN. However, there is no evidence of third-party testing for the product, which, as far as NMN supplements go, would be very helpful to establish trust in the actual product.As far as my experience goes, this is the second month of NMN supplementation for me, and I have been taking this one for almost a month now. It is difficult to judge month 2, as we are past the point of building up concentration levels in the blood, where one would start seeing the first round of effects, and the rumored anti-aging effects probably involve reversal of processes that take a longer time. However, two anecdotal things to note here - first, speaking as a middle-aged female, I can attest to the claim by some reviewers on YouTube for "more youthful periods". Tough to explain, but true for my body, and something I wouldn't have had associated with NMN if not for some mentions on YouTube. The second would be possibly a side effect / consequence of sleep: my Oura ring consistently records longer periods of deep sleep when I take NMN, which after two months seem to have led to an increase in mental clarity. On the downside, I seem to be way more sensitive to not getting enough sleep than I was before I started NMN.Given that this is the end of month two, that most reports claim that it takes anywhere from 6 months to a year to really see results from NMN, and the fact that this particular brand seems to be working at a very affordable price, I'd say that for me personally it is worth continuing on this journey.
