To light up a work spot, inside or out, these are fantastic. They go higher than a lot of other ones. Sturdy, solid, have some weight to them so they won't blow over. The ability to aim them individually left or right and up or down, plus their brightness, makes them crazy good.

I rehearse a community symphonic band in a church sanctuary with low lighting. I found this and did not believe it would be as bright as the 30,000 lumens advertised. However, after setting up these lights, and pointing both at the ceiling for indirect lighting, the musicians and I were super-thrilled to be able to see very well. So much so, I ordered a second array for the other side of the stage. These are very well-built, and they don't get too hot. I'm very impressed with the light output!Note: I purchased these from Amazon Warehouse and saved a bunch of money! The boxes were a little crunched, but the lights and tripods inside were totally protected.

Used this for remodeling our future house with generator power. Super bright and super adjustable with little current draw. Lightweight and tough

The lights are very bright, easy to set-up and seems well made. A few observations, though: 1) Hoping the hard plastic tripod clips remain strong, and 2) Unlike other reviewers, we have not had any issues with the tripod not hold in place when fully extended; and lastly, 3) the price is excessive for the purpose of this light. It's a light, not gold.

I bought this light for my church's sanctuary. Due to a lightning strike we can not use the high ceiling lights until the wiring is repaired. It was getting pretty dark on cloudy, fall mornings. I set this light up in the choir loft with the light heads pointed at the white vaulted ceiling. The reflected light off of the ceiling has done a wonderful job of lighting the sanctuary and at the same time making it safer. I also put a smaller fixture in the pulpit to help light up the very front of the church. Very happy with the arrangement. Been in use for 2 months now.

These lights are so bright that it makes night work a new daylight. They're light and they telescoping frame is the perfect size. I would recommend these lights instead of renting because of the price.

I bought this new model 3 months ago, everything was working as expected, I like the smaller footprint of the design compared to older models. The stand is lighter and the entire unit so far. The light housing is smaller because of redesigned inside. The light doesn’t have separate LED driver (looks like battery pack) but now the led light itself is integrated into the flat mini motherboard unit which saves space. The LED driver was a weak point of this light in the past, they were failing a lot, I had to send for replacement few times. So time will tell how LED driver will perform on this new unit. Overall I would give 5 stars but I’m giving 3 because of another new flaw which is the turn on/off switch which is covered with small screw on rubber booth. This thing just failed and stopped working no matter how you press it with your finger. After opening the housing I looked at the switch which is all plastic and so is the plastic small rod that opens or closes the circuit. It can’t be opened or fixed, the entire switch unit has to be replaced, very disappointed with the quality of the part, if you have this light, the switch will fail for you too. It’s just the matter of time. Very disappointed, I hope PowerSmith is already aware of this and will make decision to use better quality switch. Currently, since I can’t turn off the light with the switch I have to keep unplugging from the wall…..sad!!!!

The release latch from lights to tripod is awesome. Quick and easy! The tripod flip locks aren't adjustable as far as tightening is concerned so if you turn the pole to redirect lights the pole will slide down. You have to redirect lights on the light stand only. I might drill a hole through it and insert a pin. No protection grill over light. Have to be careful with such a wide glass surface area. Over all great product, except tripod flip locks are cheap!
