Bought two - One had a DOA remote controller unit but was replaced without hassle
The fan looks and is as described here on Amazon. I bought two for the backyard patio. They look nice and well built. They were lighter than the older unit its replacing which was a nice surprise when you are installing them by yourself and trying to climb a ladder with it.Went to install the first one and it did not work. I have a voltage tester to check the wiring before installing. So, I tried the second unit and it worked fine. I then emailed the manufacture and explained the issue. They responded the same day and shipped out a new remote controller unit.Having 6 speeds and bright and soft lighting is great for different times of the day and mood.

Unfortunately fan did not work, but their customer service helped to an agreeable solution.
I really like the look of the fan. Unfortunately the fan blades would not Turn when it was installed. Their customer service did not give me a full refund but they worked with me on a solution.

My husband installed 2 of these on our outdoor porch . They look great and he was unstressed about installing them

Not too impressed
Order 2 of these fans, directions were horrible and had to figure out on my own. Wiring colors were no correct, had to read the wiring diagram to figure it out. The lights on the fans were not the same. One was a bright white and the other was a dull white. Not good when the fans are mounted next to each other. I have hung plenty of fans and usually takes 20-30 mins, hanging these 2 took about 4 hours.

Nice fan
Had the dining room celling fan broke and had to replace it with this , it's nicely made and been great and easy to use

Beautiful outdoor ceiling fans
I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived only one worked. I was able to contact the seller directly and was sent a new fan within a week. I now have 2 fans that work perfectly. They are a beautiful addition to my back patio.
