Hugger MuggerTapas Original Yoga Mat

I am 6’1” and 230 lbs. i have always had a problem with length and grip on a lot of yoga mats.This mat is not very thick so don’t expect a lot of cushion but it has a wonderful grip that lets a bigger guy like me hold my weight in a steady position for longer without slipping which is a game changer. Also, i love the length. With most generic mats my feet or my head are always banging on the ground at some point in my practice. Also, a game changer.So, for all the big guys out there looking for a mat that will give you a great amount of grip with some extra length look no further. This is the one.

Compre este tapete porque una amiga me lo recomendó mucho. Supongo que la calidad ha cambiado ya que al probarlo por primera vez, todo parecía estar bien, hasta que empiezan a sudar tus manos…. Si te resbalas bastante. Incluso creo que es peligroso ya que te puedes lastimar.

Good quality mat, but not as sticky as I hoped. Do not recommend for yoga as hands and feet will slide

70 y/o gentle yoga student attending class 4x week. This mat has good grip for lunges, warriors, your feet do not slip. Would not advise for power yoga or someone who sweats slot, grip and traction would suffer. I use with a Sukha knee mat, also on Amazon.
