I’m the type of guy to take multiple scoops, i don’t recommend taking more than one. I managed to increase my adrenaline way to much and my eyes went blood shot. I trained the normal way and this pre took a different affect. I was going hard on cardio and i finished. Came off and my eyes were burning like hell. It felt like i took crack cocaine. After i got home, i sat down 2 hours passed. A sudden (really sudden) wave of tiredness fatigue came on and i lost all sense of reality. I currently cannot feel or think anything. I am numbed because of the adrenaline making my thoughts zoom. So moral of it, it’s great when you take recommended amount, not great when you take more than one scoop

Good clinical doses of proven ingredients. No nootropic value but good for pump and energy

Probablt the best pre-work out on the market for the price. Tastes and dissolves great and i feel it gives me that extra kick when performing workouts.

I used pre-workout for the first time for my after work training which is between 6-7.pm After about 10 minutes of taking it, I experienced itching all over my body, quite unpleasant, fortunately it only lasted about 5-10mins max. During my training I must say I did feel an increase in performances, I felt less tired and more able to push myself. Another down side to using in the evenings was I struggled to sleep . I went to bed about 11.30 and was tossing and turning until 3.30 ish. So feeling tired the day after. I only had 1 scoop, not sure if I could reduce the amount and still get the benefits whilst training. I think using this would be ideal if you are a morning trainer

As title said, I get good energy and focus from this but the arginine is causing that typical tingling sensation which at times can be a bit too much to take

De los mejores pre entrenos que hay, buena calidad, buen precio y cumple perfectamente su función de activarte para entrenar e incluso lo puedes tomar un día que no vayas a entrenar pero te veas floj@, te ayuda para activarte.

Finalmente ho trovato un preworkout senza creatina (spesso di origine vaga e senza marchio creapure), e i dosaggi sono ottimi come le ricerche scientifiche ci dimostrano, non come la maggior parte che avendo quantità tutte sballate ti fanno pagare solo la caffeina. Ottimo gusto (forse un po' dolce), ottimo pump e la caffeina fa il suo effetto, unica pecca: manca la taurina ma basta comprarla a parte e aggiungerla allo shaker, non nel preworkout altrimenti tutti i dosaggi si sballano

Miał być gold standard a odżywki jakieś platinium ,co innego. A Amazon z jakiegoś powodu nie daje mi możliwości zwrócić bezpośrednio.

Good taste, good quality, definitely does it's purpose. No shakes or tingles or any unpleasant sensations after taking it.

Diese Pre workout ist großartig. Trotzdem tägliche Portion 3 Scops ist aber ich nehme nur halb Portion und funktioniert sehr gut.
