A lightweight griddle pan, oven friendly.
Most griddle pans are cast iron, and so too heavy to lift easily. This pan being aluminium based is light and works on our induction hob. As an added bonus, with a quick action the handle comes off, allowing it to be able to transfer into the oven, and it washes clean so easily! Like it a lot, so will you.

Sturdy
It's a great size, not too heavy but sturdy. Very pleased I bought this bit of kit.

So far so good.
Quick to heat on my gas hob, not heavy. Removable handle is helpful. I clean once completely coolled, sometimes the next day. Cleans very easily with minimal use of brush and water. Great for steaks but yet to use in the oven.

This is excellent quality, it's great that the handle comes off and it can go into the oven, especially if your cooking duck. It's easy to clean and worth every penny.
