Lovely fire, but the fireplace is smaller than I expected. I needed something to warm room instantly in the winter. And money was tight as I had just moved house. Bit angry that it has now come down in price by £37. Also the fire is quite noisy. Not sure if that's normal. However, it does what it says on the can!!

Delivery arrived in time and in tact. Assemble of the item was easy and the product works as advertised. It adds style to our living room.

I'm not sure how to get the flames working on my fireplace, am I doing something wrong or do they just not work 🤔

The media could not be loaded.  Very pleased with this fire flame effect is lovely only 4stars for assembly though has the sticker on one was on the wrong part but my son-in-law is a whizz at flat packs so picked up on it straight away just a minor blip but be aware to check ive only had the heat on one setting seems to warm my room up nicely no stars for remote has one not supplied I noticed on a few reviews no remote supplied so maybe supplier can address this ive used the heat function this morning but suddenly its cut out🙄I did read if it overheats it will cut out to unplug fire leave for 15mins then retry no luck yet maybe the temprture in my room is not High enough for it to function ill update on this once resolved🤞overall a great little fire.

Very good value for money, very easy to assemble, heats the room room up quickly and programmable remote control, product comes in 2 separate deliveries so don’t worry when you only get the 1stWould recommend
