Q: How much lint do they produce?

I used them for embroidery projects so I haven’t washed them much, but they don’t seem to be the kind of cotton that produces much lint

Q: Is the material of acceptable quality for embroidery?

I’m not an experienced seamstress but the fabric seems acceptable for such projects. It’s dense enough or maybe I should say the threads are tight enough that embroidery would work well in my opinion.

They are not super fluffy soft, they are not abrasive either. They are really absorbent. I got my first set of these dish towels 10 years ago and at Christmas just started to replace them with a second set. I would never go back to traditional dish towels again.
