I liked the idea of the vegan supplements. I’ve used other gut health supplements before which were too harsh on my gut but this one had a really positive impact. I overall feel really good and healthy and it has definitely helped with my stomach health. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for vegan supplements that target the gut in a gentle way.

Truth be told the scientific jury is out as to the effectiveness of probiotics and all the other stuff if you have a balanced diet - which I have. The choice to take these is based as much on advertising as it is on reality and spending 12 quid - especially today - has to be taken into consideration.Now, saying all that I do take one probiotic a day and have done so for about 15 years and for me they definitely made a difference. For a while I had been suffering terrible indigestion but when probiotics became a thing I tried them and within a week I was back to normal. Now, I know there are various medications I could have taken but I figured if a small yogurt or probiotic capsule works then have at it.And for the last 15 years I've been in good gut health. And for me it doesn't seem to make a lot of difference between the versions sold as long as they are decent quality which, this one appears to be.If also comes with added calcium which might help some and zinc which, is proven to reduce cold symptoms - not vitamin c as many think.Overall, a good quality product.

Thought I’d give this a go to help with my stomach bloating. Can honestly say after a week , my bloating has gone down. I usually get bad stomach churning in the evening but it has eased off a bit since using these. I’m going to continue with these and see if it lasts. Really impressed so far.

I wanted to take these after having surgery and 3 strong courses of antibiotics. They are not cheap, but are easy enough to swallow and there's no unpleasant after effects. I like to think that they are having a good effect, but I don't really know one way or the other if they are. I would like to say I felt good or my stomach was less bloated, but I can't - I just hope that they help

All around best solution to gut problem digestive issues or any kind.. No nasty after taste easy to swallow and feel the joy of life.Best thing is value for money because its truly worth it..you bet yourself I am going to keep ordering this.

These are very overpriced for what they are. They are somewhat effective in reducing bloating and helping reduce IBS symptoms, but there are cheaper, stronger options available.

I have been taking these as I find it easier to swallow pills than drink those little yoghurt drinks that are supposed to help your digestive system. These pills are easy to swallow (they are the longer capsule types, but are soft so go down easier) but they do have quite a strong smell and taste to them so I would recommend drinking something down with them. Other than that, they are good, and I haven't forgotten to take any yet!

I'm a shift worker, working days and nights and not often eating grrat so i figured i would give these a try to see if they help with bloating and to keep me feeling a little better.When you open the pack the 1st thing that strikes you is the vivid yellow colour. They look like a poison pill from a bond movie, but it's just the tumeric so nothing to worry about.The caplets are easy to swallow and don't have any bad after taste. You do have to take 2 a day, which means the box has a 15 day / 2 week supply.It is early days taking these but on the 1st day i was passing wind quite alot, but everything has been moving as expected and i do feel a bit more lively. Whether this is from the capsules or just the thought of it is up for debate. But so far, so good.There's a list as long as my arm for the benefits of tumeric some proven and some "may improve" after various scientific studies. The main ones being;improved digestion from gallbladder stimulation and production of bile to help digest fat better.Works as an anti inflammatory to ease the gut and other parts.Reduces effects of arthritis (anti inflammatory)Reduce risk of heart disease (anti inflammatory)Improve liver function (anti oxidents)Value wise for £12 a pack (which lasts 15 days) it is quite expensive. But is does also have the additional additives if that's of interest for you. Also in theory this is not just going to keep you regular it could help with joints, heart and liver to name a few.
