Just what I was looking for
I was looking for a general use headphone with great noise canceling capabilities for home office, and I can say this ones have it all... Noice canceling microphone - This mic is extremely good for noise canceling, I performed several tests by putting high music close to me, also people talking to me and this mic filtered all the noise from the outside and only sent what i was talking. Comfort - really good, i work home office and have REALLY long meetings, and these ones have stood up, even though my ears sweat after some time. Durability (battery) - Maybe they don't last this 60 hours, but honestly, if i can pass through a whole week with 6+ hours daily use, you don't need anything else. Sound - really nice sound if you want to use it for watching movies or listening to music, very good bass. Overall these are one of the most versatile headphones I've got, also these headphones feel so durable and very good quality built, is like metal and plastic all over. 7 days pretty heavy duty on and off work still on 50%. Some cons i've found: - Mute button sound can be heard on the other side of the call. - In my case the ears get sweaty a few hours after using it (maybe summer issues, my country is pretty hot) - They don't feel so comfy after some time using them. - They got disconnected once while on a meeting, but nothing frequently. - When i use only one pad, i get headache, i think maybe my head is to big and the small foam presses my head too tight. These are some minor things i wanted to point for the people that will buy them so that you know what to expect, since anything is perfect, i anyway think these are really great headphones, really good sound for work and for personal stuff (movies and music), great battery life, comfy, and best of all, good microphone noise isolation. I will give them 5 stars for the price, build quality, microphone and versatility. Update (14 dec 2022): 4 months have passed, and these ones are still holding up really really good, i went on 10 hours+ flights, used them in many different environments, and they have responded really well. My company gave me jabra evolve 65 MS, which cost more than x2 this headphones, however i still prefer the Jlab's, i strongly suggest these headphones over many others.

Great headset but could use some small improvements
This is one of the best bluetooth headsets I've tried and I went through a few to get here. The sound is excellent, clear and loud both listening and over the mic. I like the passive noise canceling, it drowns out most other sounds. The mic seems to work well, haven't had any complaints. The only problem is the mic sits out about 2 inches from my mouth. I've poked my toddler son's head a few times with it while holding him. The controls are decent enough. I love the size and placement of the mute button, but the problem is it says "mute on/off" making a small delay to unmute which can cause a slow response in conversations. This is the one flaw that seems so easy to fix. Incredible battery life. I don't think I've gone past half. I'm in a lot of meetings but I do charge it frequently as well to prepare for a busy day. I like the feel, but others might find it tight. It just seems to help muffle external sounds.

solid choice for price point
January 2026 Update: My last update was when I bought a pair for my husband after his headset broke. Being on the receiving end of the call, the quality of the mic is not quite as good as it was in the >$200 headsets that he could buy at truck stops. For a fraction of the price, though, the reduction in quality is fine. These have been, by far, the longest lasting headphones I have ever had. I am only looking at replacing them now because one of the foam ear pads is beginning to fall apart where it attaches to the plastic. The headsets I get for occasional computer use usually start falling apart like this after a couple years, but this headset has managed to survive being used multiple times daily for 4 years. The battery still holds its charge, and the sound quality is still great. Since the problem is only on the removable part, I'll probably keep the headset around for phone calls and look for a replacement for music. I am deducting a star because it does not connect with the computer and the phone simultaneously as well as it advertises. Trying to switch between the two was such an ordeal that I gave up on it pretty quickly. This doesn't affect my daily use, so it wasn't a problem for me before or after the single week I spent trying to make it work. I still think it's worth mentioning because it is one of the primary purposes of the headset, so it is a shame that it doesn't work well. Update: they are still going strong after a year and a half. They start to get uncomfortable after the third or fourth hour of continuous use, but that doesn't bother me. I still go several days between charging them. One of the cups comes off to make it a travel-safe headset, which means I can still talk to him on the phone while driving with better quality than the car's Bluetooth. My husband is a trucker, which means he's gone for six weeks at a time. He calls me every morning, and we can be on the phone anywhere between one and three hours. Unfortunately, the morning is when I'm most productive, so our phone calls can be extremely frustrating as I'm carrying my phone around on speakerphone and trying not to make too much noise. This showed up one week ago, and it has already helped a lot. Now, instead of struggling to hear me over the dishes, he can barely hear when I wash them (he can still hear them, but it's much more quiet). When I was doing laundry and shouting over the machine, he only struggled to hear me because of the shouting. He couldn't hear the machine or the water at all. When I was outside on a windy day, he could hear that, but I think that's a reasonable limitation. I have two other pairs of headsets in roughly the same price point: wired Corsair HS50 for gaming, and MPOW H12 for listening to music. These are the most snug against my head, and the cups around the ears are the smallest. I do have a large head, but my ears aren't particularly big. I imagine that if your ears are bigger than mine, these headphones will probably be uncomfortable, and you might want to either go with the on-ear option or try a different brand. The foam that the cups are made from also feels more porous and spongey, so I'm interested to see how that will work when I have to do yard work in the summer. On my end, the audio quality is good. His sound comes in very well, and I get the full dynamic range of music at reasonably low volumes. I have left my phone at one end of the house and gone into the yard on the other side, and I didn't hear a skip in the music until I was at the edge of the yard. I have also been able to leave my phone on the charger while I went out to take care of the chickens, which doesn't have the same range as the test with the music, but is still impressive. So far, my husband and I have talked on the phone for about 11 and a half hours, and I've also listened to a fair amount of music. When I turned on the headphones, they were at 90% battery, and they've only ticked down to 80% after listening to music for another hour this morning. The Quick Start Guide is a single sheet of sturdy paper folded in half to make a booklet, with large, clear pictures and instructions that are easy to understand. The headphones are mostly intuitive, but when I did need to check something, the guide communicated the information clearly and quickly. Overall, they're a solid choice. If you're not willing to spend over $100 on a headset, and as long as your ears are pretty small, I would recommend these. They do everything I need them to do.

I Hate These Headphones
Edit: I've now had these headphones for just over a year, and my sound quality is diminished to the point where they're virtually unusable. Don't waste your money. I have had these for a couple of months, and after a fair amount of use I would not recommend them. 1. They claim to be able to connect to two devices. This is true but it doesn't work that well, which leads to endless frustration for me. I usually have to fuss with the things for a minute or two if I want to use them with one of the two devices they're connected to, which seems to defeat the purpose. Unfortunately, the connection happens automatically, so I don't have a way to prevent when both devices are nearby when I turn the headphones on aside from turning Bluetooth off. 2. As another reviewer mentioned, after enough time in a call, people's voices take on a static-type sound, as if you were hearing them through a damaged speaker. 3. They come with two cables, both of which are far too short. The charging cable doesn't really need to be long, but it also has a cable that's supposed to allow you to plug the headset into an audio port, and it's maybe three feet stretched all the way out. Other than these three items, they're alright. If it weren't for item 1, I'd give them four stars, but having to juggle Bluetooth devices makes me want to smash them with a hammer. Edit: I'm actually coming back to reduce this to two stars because right now, although this headset is "connected" to my computer, I can get no audio at all. I have nothing else connected to that device and I've tried all the usual tricks to get it to work, yet still nothing. I'm sure I will find some way to resolve the problem, but the fact this this *is* a problem is ridiculous.

Almost the perfect headset for work
UPDATE September 2023 About a month ago, the padding/foam on the headset started to come loose, fall apart, and is now barely hanging on. I wasn't too disappointed until I just looked on here that I purchased these in July 2022, and so little over a year they're falling apart. I don't know what I did to cause this besides put these on/take these off almost every week for 40 hours for work. I have an older wired work headset that I used as much that didn't have this problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW October 2022 I have never heard of JLabs, but there consistent good reviews on various products convinced me to give these a shot. First, I will mention the only (slight) negative aspect of this headset. Maybe I have a big head or too much hair, but if I wear a beanie cap, the headset is just too tight. Otherwise, I am able to extend everything out as far as it will go and is comfortable for long periods of wear for work (8 to 12 hours). I work from home in Information Technology, so frequently I'm often communicating with my team, a customer/end user, or vendor either through a software bridge, (group)voice chat, or on a call. The quality of calls and my quality of voice (I have confirmed) are great - audio is clear, not annoyingly loud, and outside interference(noise cancellation) is spectacular. Now that I have moved and a room for my own office, I have started using the workpad accessory to replace one of the earcups to leave one ear open - once again, it fits well. This headset is also BlueTooth 5 (at time of writing 10/15/2022, 5.3 is the latest version but this headset is only 5.0). I have not fully tested the maximum limits of BT 5.0 which includes 2Mbps double over BT 4.0, 200 meters/747 feet range, lower battery use, and dual audio. So far, in my 1000+ Sqft apartment, I've only gone about 50 to 60 feet in a couple rooms over and still maintained excellent audio quality. I like being able to go on mute while I'm thinking or taking a breather in another room, but I'm available to unmute and chat right away if needed. I use this headset consistenly every week since I purchased it in July. After 3 or 4 days of 8 to 12 hour shifts, I'll hear the low battery warning. Then the charge up through USB-C is lightning fast! The only thing I haven't figured out is dual audio. I only messed around with it on my 2021 work laptop and my 2018 personal phone, but after some frustration, I didn't care to get it working. I was able to connect to both at the same but couldn't figure out how to switch audio. All in all, I will definitely keep JLabs brand products in mind when I'm shopping. I highly recommend this headset.

HEARING AID TESTED
Digital phones and digital hearing devices/aids don't work good together and the distortion is very frustrating at best. I've tried other "in the ear" products but taking hearing aids out every time to use the phone is a real pain. These headphones solved the problem, period!. These work fantastic!!!!!!. Now I can have normal conversation and these make life so much better and no more asking people to repeat themselves over. They are very comfortable for extended use, amplification is excellent. boom mic is not in the way and left earphone can be easily removed for mono listening. Bluetooth or plug in and built in battery will last for hours and includes charging cord. This product was well thought out and very well worth the money, Take care of your hearing, once it's gone, it's gone, these make a difference.

Nope! Disappointed!
Well here goes...I thought the padding would be much thicker and softer around my ears. It isn't. Talk about frustrating. Comfort is a big deal since I wear them for up to 18 hours in a day. I found pulling one side off provides a little more comfort. I prefer listening stereo as the cups seal around your ears for a better listening environment. I like the older set better. I was never a fan of a set on my ears but the JLab Go Work set was better and was much more comfortable than these! I had them over a year! They still work but the plastic band broke. The new one has better sound for music and video. The old had a better and flexible boom mic. Great for calls which was it's primary use. Again, listening in stereo is much better. There's much better clarity in the conversation. You can understand what your hearing. I charged them once a week or the set would tell me it's low. Can't beat that! The new boom mic is meh and it's not flexible. Guess it's either fix the old set with gorilla glue, buy the old set again or get used to the new ones using 1 ear cup. I'll probably buy the old set again since I prefer listening in stereo. Maybe they'll last longer. I was pretty hard on the last set and they still lasted 14 months! I figure I'm way ahead of so many out there spending 3 or 4 x's the money and getting much less use. I spent $50 for the old and was happy and $80 for the new and I'm disappointed! Should have followed my first mind and just bought the old set again. I thought I was getting new and improved! Nope!

Solid headset for the price
I was using the on ear model previously and loved it but wanted to give this model a try since it covers my ears. They are very comfortable to wear. I work from home and spend the majority of my time with these on (I’d say upwards of 6+ hours each day). You have to get used to not being able to hear your voice when talking (both models are this way) but the voice quality is great both input and output. I use the mute button on the right side more than reaching over to my mouse and muting myself through the computer (I use Microsoft Teams). The microphone is great because you can flip it down to answer calls and flip it up to end calls. The wireless range doesn’t surprise me since I used one of their products before. I can easily walk around my house, go outside, to my garage and not worry about losing connection. The noise cancelling is okay, not great but it does the job for me. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for an affordable yet quality headset. And the battery life is awesome. One charge lasts my entire work week before I plug it in over the weekend. The same for the previous model I used for almost 2 years. My only suggestion is get yourself a longer charge cord, it’s only about 2ft long.

Profile switching
It doesn’t switch between bluetooth profiles automatically. You can’t talk if you pickup Teams call when you were listening to music.

Lightweight and comfortable
I can't say anything about any noise cancellation these might do, I use them at home, so background noise isn't an issue. What I *can* say, is that they are lightweight, and comfortable. I've been able to wear these for long periods of time, without overheating like I do with some headsets. The ear cups have soft foam covered with a cloth material, that seems to let the heat escape from your ears. I find the tear-drop shaped cups allow my ears to nestle into them (although they are described as "over ear"). Mileage will vary for people with big ears!! :-) I like that the microphone stick has a red light on it, when using the mute button on the right cup, so you have a visual cue that your microphone is muted - although this mute button function doesn't appear to work with Teams (in that the microphone can be muted on the hardware, but Teams will still show the microphone as "on"). Battery life seems good. Lasts at least a few weeks (on standby). I like that the left ear cup can be removed, so if you're like me, and tend to start talking louder when you're wearing a headset, you can listen to yourself and moderate your speaking volume! The wire connection to the ear cup is a tiny phono connector, which is a little bit fiddly to remove, but I'm tending to leave it in place anyway (because using it at home, rather than in an office). The sound is adequate (for voice calls and gaming). Reasonable bass in music, although vocals seem to be a bit thin. I don't think they would be regarded very highly by someone who looking for "good" headphones for music. But then, they aren't intended for that purpose. Good enough for YouTube and the like. I have also found that I have to bump the volume control up in Windows, to get to a loudness level similar to my other headsets. So the speaker drivers might be a little underpowered. The only real gripe I have, is that the ear cups have a habit of slipping (very slightly) downwards as I remove and replace them, so I find I have to readjust each time. Once they are on, they stay put, but it's a niggle. I have an AKG pair, with a separate headband and tensioner set up, that just go on without any such faff. I may find myself solving the issue with some tatically applied duct tape...
