finalmente gambe sgonfie e leggere
soffro di ritenzione idrica e la mia fisioterapista mi ha consigliato di fare i bendaggi con i sali di epsom. Li sciolgo in un barattolo con acqua (uno di quelli che contenevano fanghi o sali da bagno), ci metto le bende o, ancora meglio un paio di vecchi leggings o di collant senza piede, li faccio imbibire bene e li indosso con sopra dei pantaloni di cartene acquistati su amazon. Io li tengo su una mezz'ora o più, magari mentre guardo un film sdraiata sul divano. Poi risciacquo le mie gambe. Risciacquo anche i leggings e li rimetto nel barattolo con acqua e sali per il trattamento successivo. Da fare almeno una volta a settimana. I risultati sono visibili da subito. Li consiglio assolutamente!
