It constantly flickers and shuts off. Doesn't support HDR. Doesn't work when you plug it into Windows, tried different computers, same results. (USB Device is not recognized) So it barely works and you have to deal with it shutting off and flashing and flickers every few minutes. But it does actually downscale HDMI 2.0 4K/60 to 1080p/60 it's just unstable. The image quality is fine when it's working. Tested on PS4 Pro and Xbox One S.Customer service was atrocious. After arguing with them back and forth for days, eventually they said they have a firmware update that will fix it. Which I was unable to do because it doesn't work in Windows. I ended up buying a new card playing them direct via PayPal. The new one arrived, literally doesn't work at all. I can't get it to do a darn thing except light some of the status LEDs. I gave it a 4k signal from an HDMI 2.0 splitter and connected a 1080p TV to the output. The lights all light up like it's getting 4k input and putting out 1080p but there's no image on the TV. I tried 3 different TVs with the same result.
