Works for what you need. Feels good quality. But I would say it's missing a couple washers.

Arrived next day and easy to fit. I use a mobility scooter and when riding for a significant time my knees ache. I really need to be able to stretch my legs motor cycle chopper style when riding. However I was unable to purchase an extension to the base board. I thought why not do a chopper style extension. I found a couple of brackets and needed some footrests. These were inexpensive so if things didn't work, I haven't lost much. They haven't been fitted yet but the units look as if they'll do the trick.
