Since I have to take the seat off to fold it up, what good is it when I get to were I'm going. Now what do I do with the seat? Carry it around with me? No where does it mention that the seat has to be separated from the rest to fold it up.

The control unit/headlight was broken upon arrival. The rim for the light is separated from the housing. Please send a replacement.

Although I like the size, seat is comfortable and the look of the scooter, it has a big issue with turning!! If you are looking for a zero turn scooter, this is not the scooter for you. While trying to reverse in my front entry way, the scooter tipped over causing some serious bruising! I was going very slow but the back wheel becoming unstable on the edge of the sidewalk was all it took!!I also have concerns with the brake system. After only a few minutes on my test run, the brakes began to squeal and slip. This was prior to the tipping over episode. The scooter brakes have to be locked if on any slight incline or the scooter will keep going.I hoped to have a much better review considering the scooter was over $1,000.00.I am not able to lift it into my car (way to bulky and heavy) at all, ( does fit but took up all the room in the back of my 14 Nissan Rouge) which has pretty much defeated the purpose of purchasing the scooter.Now I have to decide whether or not to send it back. Hoping I have a better experience next time ☹️

This was easy to put together, easy to fold down and is a great scooter, love it

Showed up damaged but I bent it so I could attach the seat, also came with no keys or tool kit it’sNice looking but your assembly people need to include all the parts it’s no good to me this way.

This scooter has more power than you’ll ever need. It’s comfortable and delivers on power and milage. It has 3 speed levels I suggest operating it on the lowest level until you get used to it. Just in level one at full throttle you can put pace most people at level 2 they’d have to run to keep up at level three they’re in the your dust. You’ll never be left behind by those energetic grand kids.
