Opening these individual servings aren’t that easy

Yummy and Effective
The vanilla and chocolate version of muscle milk zero are great. They aren’t chalky like other brands. I love that they are zero sugar. 20 grams of protein for only 100 calories? Perfect way to reach my goals.

Low cal decent protein
I have been trying out different protein shakes the past few months. And I have had my fair share of bad ones. These however were pretty good. I liked the 20 grams of protein and low calorie count. Taste was good and didn’t leave a chalky feel in your mouth. Has that classic vanilla smell to it. Doesn’t fill you up to much but worked great for a quick before the gym boost. Convenient if you don’t have time to make a shake.

Difficult to open!
Good drink, nice flavor but got tired of opening the bottles! You'll need a plier and a knife to open all the seals, and I'm not a weakling....You don't need all them bottle seals guys! Kinda like wearing the face mask all the time for safety, science has proven the mask does little to nothing (if you care to follow the science) but makes some people "feel good". Well feel good on your own time Muscle Milk, I'm not spending anymore time trying to get through your protein drink "safety" seals, Boost and the others can be opened by hand with their ONE good seal.

Favorite go to protein shake
This is my favorite go to as it is high in protein, low in sugar, and also lower cholesterol. Unfortunately I find that it is out of stock a lot.
