The phone clamp is secure and will take on phone with cases without loosing grip, balancing the phone is straight forward but will need to do it separately for landscape and portrait mode orientation.The 3 motors is of good quality, no vibrations or noise with my iPhone 11 Pro or the bigger XS MAX. Having the side dial was the game changer for this model, precision control of Zoom from the wide and zoom camera of the phone made super interesting video of dolly zoom effect. The true 360 pan make inception effect stands out from the rest.The locking mechanism is solid, having it folded up and stored in my bag with out a case did not have any sign of stress on the gimbal. The little tripod base is tiny but very stable on table top, the grip feels good in my hand and my thumb have easy access to all the buttons on the main dials.My only negative is the 2 arms meeting each other on a right hand rotation and cause phone to move wild to avoid arm collision. This only happens when holding the gimbal vertical and twisting the gimbal to the right. Holding it like a pole pointing forward will stop that from happening but the weight of the phone plus the gimbal means your arm will get tired after 5 minutes.The phone app is well designed with lots of video tutorials for making video contents, there are templates ready for making interesting video with preset gimbal movements and graphic and music ready for video editing in app.The lights showing in some of the picture is not included, it is magnetic and can be added on and controlled with a button on the dial.A very professional gimbal with good value for money.

Very handy with good connection and also lightweight compared with my previous one. It also have different modes to control with smooth buttons and nice design. I recommend this stabiliser to those video creators.

The gimbal works very well, really professional, in my case the battery did not charge, but if I connected it to an external power bank, the gimbal worked perfectly, that's why I returned it, very good customer service

The media could not be loaded.  Altering using this product and made some video I would said this is really good and it is very easy to use and very professional with a great value. I am very satisfied this product. I started to make some movement videos and this product help me a lot to make my video more professional. This also go for video my son birthday party. I am very enjoy using this product.
