This Knife Makes Me Look for Sh*t to Cut!
This is a great knife. Sharp, holds an edge and has a comfortable handle. This is my go to knife for smaller tasks.

Perfect blade
Insanely sharp, perfectly balanced. Ideal utility knife for skilled Chef. Would recommend without any hesitation. Matching case is awesome bonus.

Good look, but felt out of balance
I really liked the look and design of this knife, but the price held me back. After months of watching I was able to catch a sale and bought it. The knife looked just as good in person as it had in the photos, but when I held it the bubble burst. The blade was much too heavy for the handle and the tip-heavy balance of the knife felt all wrong in my hand. This meant I would not enjoy using it and I could not justify the price for a knife that would just sit in the block, so with regret I returned it unused.

Shun is still the best.
Best quality steel and edge of any knife commonly available.

It’s a blue so don’t try to cut any tomatoes or acid stuff. It starts to rust after a while

Perfect utility knife
I probably use my chef knife the most, but the Shun Blue 6 in boning / utility knife is pretty much my go to knife for any smaller task like cutting cooked steak or chicken breasts, slicing salami or cheese, cleaning up cuts of meats etc. It turned large pieces of steak into stir fry strips in no time. Also great for cutting tomatoes and small fruit. It seems to maintain its edge really well. The only possible downside could be the high carbon edge (with its tendency to rust or patina) but I carefully hand wash and dry very carefully, so no issues to report. Great utility knife.
