I bought 3 different ones of these. but different brand. all said PLug and play.. BS.. They didnt work. I need wifi and Bluetooth bot work some time. but Bluetooth never worked on others.. This one came with small cd of drives... It works awesome.. Thanks for being Honest...

I bought this for a HTPC (home theater PC) which gets used maybe once or twice a week. It's an old Dell OptiPlex 3020 and it doesn't have built-in WiFi or Bluetooth, so I bought this solution for using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with the added bonus of not needing to also buy a WiFi adapter.Fast forward to last night when, in the middle of catching up on Windows 10 updates, it suddenly disconnects from the network—no networks available. Bluetooth was working fine. No other device in my house had this issue. I tried rolling back the Windows 10 updates, thinking that was the problem, to no avail. I even got frustrated enough to break out my old Windows 7 DVD and did a clean install, same thing. I bought this to get my workstation in my room to have strong wifi from the living room. There's a thick wall separating and I can tell you this little device packs a punch! Strong, seamless wifi signal and Bluetooth in 1!My only drawback is I see a real tem update for the dongle through Windows update but Everytime I update it, the dongle stops working. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise - great device!

So far so good. Got a new MB and it did not have wifi and bt so this filled the game. Installed and worked right away

My motherboard didn’t come with Bluetooth Wi-Fi so this product came in handy and was easy to use. All I had to do is plug it into the PC And now have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The item states 1300Mbps but as you can see by the screenshot, it's only getting 70.45 Mbps download speeds, far below the 1300 Mbps advertised. We use a 1G connection that is in the room next door with both doors open to make sure it's as unobstructed as possible.The Bluetooth works okay, I can get roughly 45 feet from the computer before the Bluetooth cuts out, i tested this with a 2nd gen Airpods.Overall, worth the $20 to get an all in one (WiFi and Bluetooth) but you must consider if the unit dies, you'll lose both WiFi and Bluetooth, but hey maybe that'll never happen, right, right?In a pinch they'll work to get my 50lb desktop to connect to our home WiFi network, but not like we're taking our 50lb. desktop computer to the local Starbucks to use their free WiFi, but if the WiFi or Bluetooth in any of our laptops should die, we can plug this in and away we go.

No disc needed just plugged in and it works great to miracast to an old surface pro 3 and Bluetooth for my headset and controller cheaper than a wifi kit and so much simpler to use I get great signal at about 50 ish feet for Bluetooth small and compact size about half a credit card great value
