Pretty good step for the money.
I installed a couple of these and they did a really good job. I did have to replace one bolt that was not fully threaded but it is not a difficult process.

Standard vs Spring Loaded models.
These steps are very well constructed. However, I ordered 2 different models, one spring loaded and one not. Upon inspecting the delivered items, the non-spring loaded one was the right answer for my need. So, I returned the more expensive spring loaded one. However, I was refunded the amount of the less expensive non-spring loaded step. I can't figure out a way to get this billing issue resolved at this stage.

Worked Great
I mounted two of these to a mobile safety shower trailer. Product is well made and works great. I had to add a five inch extension to drop them down a bit, but other than that no problems at all. Very Nice!!!
