ScanPan Classic Induction 10.5 Inch Square Grill Pan

Bought this 8 months ago and have been using it everyday, still works as perfect as the first time. This is the best fry-pan we have ever owned. We are careful to not use metal utensils with this pan, but do forget sometimes so it has felt steel at times, but there has been no damage. Wash only with soap and a soft cloth, do not scrape. It will serve you well.

Great product- but note the description is incorrect- it is not the induction set- only the Classic set but still ok as it is the one we wanted. Note one of the frypans arrived dented - not packed securely in the box? Have tried to ask for partial refund as it is still usable.

前回2014年2月に池袋西武のキッチン売り場でオススメされて、何となく購入したフライパンでしたが、とても使いやすく、ちょうど丸10年使い倒しました！ 保証を確認しようと、『製品保証書』を確認したらちょうど10年経ってしまっていましたが、むしろ10年よくぞもったと…1万円で10年。かなりコストパフォーマンス良かったです。 汚れの原因は、昨年くらいから洗い方が甘かったのか、フチの方から汚れが溜まってしまい重曹など色々試したけど、落ちなくなり…気持ちよく料理が出来なくなったので今回の購入に繋がりました。 スキャパンは、目玉焼き、ホットケーキ、お好み焼きがホント気持ち良く作れます。 熱伝導率が良いので中火以下で弱火に近い感じで、蓋して蒸しすとふっくらキレイに焼けました。 NEWスキャパンも10年もってくれることを期待して、丁寧に使っていこうと思います。 3千円のフライパンを何度も買い替えるより、スキャパンオススメです！

After ‘discovering’ these pans a decade ago, and LOVING them, decided to pc out our stock and give to kids as they moved out in their own. These pans don’t disappoint. Will never get ‘round’ on the bottom and always sit nice and flat on the ceramic/glass stove top. Then theirs the no PFOA coating and you’ve got a very very good pan. Always use wood or plastic/silicone utensils. They say you can use metal. But,…why would you. Their too pretty.

風の噂で耳にした「10年保証」。 まだ一年も使っていませんが、明らかに歴代のフライパンとは異なります。 熱伝導率、保温性がずば抜けて高く驚きました。 従来の製品と違い、使用直後の高温状態でも水を掛けて大丈夫…というのが、調理の後片付け時にありがたいです。 今の使い方のまま、どれくらい持つか、楽しみでもあり、若干不安でもあります。 重さに関しては、クオリティとトレードオフせざるを得ない部分と割り切っています。
