See below for details: The scanner MK900-BT arrived, and it was slightly used and already registered. I bought the unit on sale and Amazon does not have a replacement policy. They were going to simply refund my money, and I would have had to purchase another unit at full price or wait for another unit to go on sale. I contacted the seller via email [email protected] and explained the situation. They responded the next day and apologized for the mix-up. They said Amazon fulfillment probably checked the unit when it was returned, and thought would be OK to send out as it was still in the original packaging. The scanner worked fine, it just had some minor scratches on the screen protector, and it looked like it could have possibly had something spilled on it. I did not want to take a chance on that. Autel Tech offered to simply reregister the MK900-BT in my name or replace it with a brand-new unit. I chose to replace it with a new one, and they did not hesitate to send me a prepaid shipping label to return the used scanner and once they received it, they shipped me a brand-new unit. They even offered to send me a free accessory for all the trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase something from this seller again. The seller is Autel Tech. Working with this seller was better than dealing with Amazon. Thank you again Autel Tech for standing behind your products! The scanner is very nice. Easy to setup and use. The Bluetooth (BT) works great. I highly recommend BT over the cable. You can close the vehicle door and take the scanner all the way around the vehicle with no issues at all. I have used the Autel MK808-BT a good bit in the past and it works great. The MK900-BT does all the same features as well as many additional features. It also supports DIOP and Can FD out of the box. The bidirectional control works great. You can pulse fuel injectors, cooling fan relays, AC clutch, fuel pumps, window regulators, etc. if the vehicle supports these functions. This is a very nice feature packed scanner for the money. It seems to do everything that is advertised. I have used it on different make/model vehicles as old as 1998 and as new as 2017 and it seems to work fine on those models. Autel maintains software updates regularly. Updating the software is very easy and strait forward. Bottom line: If you are looking for a good service tool and GREAT service after the sale, you cannot go wrong with this one!

I purchased the Autel MaxiCOM MK900-BT. I am really impressed with what this Autel scanner can do. It has a huge amount of features. Listed below are a few of my favorite features. - It provides you with a lot of bi-directional control. - The pre & post scan is a great feature that helps keep track of customers vehicles issues. - The auto VIN is fast and I have not found a Vin that the MK900-BT will not auto populate. - It allowed me to program my rain sensor after my windshield was replaced. - And it also lets you register your new automotive battery once replaced. - The wireless dongle is a great feature, now I can walk around with the scanner and get to different parts of a vehicle. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. I have just listed a few of my favorite features that this Autel scanner will preform. This is from a solid company that makes awesome OBD2 scanners. This tool has the capabilities of much more expensive brands at a very reasonable cost. Being able to monitor real time data, and program trim codes, control functions such as fans, fuel pumps, a/c compressors, and many other functions makes diagnostics and service much easier, for instance commanding a fuel, or DEF pump on to drain the tank for necessary repairs. Customer service has gone above and beyond to help educate me on the tool, and make sure i am content with my purchase.

When you hear Autel has great customer service you heard right. Multiple emails before the purchase were answered in detail and fast. The main reason I went with this scanner was the customer service and attention to a potential customer. That aside the scanner is a huge step up from what I had previously. I love the BT capability of not having to be tied to the front seat of the car while diagnosing issues. Having internet capability is great as codes and fixes online can be googled instantly off the scanner in real time to pinpoint other test avenues and potential fixes. It covers every make and model out there and comes with one year free updates. For a home Diy and backyard mechanic this is a solid buy, you wont be dissapointed. With the scanner market saturated you have piece of mind Autel will stand behind the product and answer any question or issues that come up. Highly rated and recommended.
