This is an excellent beard balm. Great smell, feel, liquifies easily. It does not make your beard appear thicker, and it is double the cost of other great balms. I'll happily use the rest, but likely won't order again. Edit: added a star. Been using it. Still don't like the price, but I WILL order again. It's a very pleasant balm for my yeard.. (I see from my original order date that a tin will last me four months, so that mitigates the cost. I mean, I'm a penny pincher, but no need to be ridiculous.)

This product smells good and does make beard softer after use... not sure about the biotin part of it yet. only used about 3-4 times... doesn't take that much per use, so it is decent value for money as i can see this will stretch and my beard is pretty long.. with it wet and then applying it goes a long way..

Picked up the Biotin Beard Balm for Men (2X Thickening) and I’m honestly on the fence so far. The biggest downside right out of the gate is the price $30 for a 2oz tin is pretty steep for a beard balm, especially with so many solid options out there for less. That said, I haven’t used it long enough to speak on performance yet. Texture and scent seem decent on first impression, but nothing immediately screams “premium” to justify the cost. I’ll give it a couple of weeks and see if the thickening claims actually hold up. If it delivers, maybe it earns the price tag but right now, it’s hard to justify. Update (After ~1+ Month of Use) 26 April 26: I wanted to come back and update my original review now that I’ve had more time with this balm. Unfortunately, my initial concerns about the price haven’t really changed if anything, they feel more justified now. After using it consistently for a little over a month, I haven’t noticed any meaningful difference in thickness or fullness. It performs about the same as other beard balms I’ve used that cost significantly less. It still moisturizes and provides light hold, but nothing beyond what you’d expect from a standard product. The scent and texture are still decent, but again, not enough to set it apart. At $30 for a 2oz tin, I was expecting some kind of noticeable improvement, especially with the “2X thickening” claim. At this point, I’d say it’s an average beard balm with a premium price tag that doesn’t quite match the results. If the price were cut in half, it might be easier to recommend—but as it stands, there are better values out there.
