Useless without the answers, at least I couldn’t find them.

A GREAT Study Guide for an Awful Textbook
I didn't love the textbook (see textbook reviews) that went with this study guide, BUT the study guide was very helpful for me as a university student. As I said in the textbook review, every section wasn't written very well and kind of bounced all over the place as opposed to getting straight to the point and flowing. Several times, I had to go back and read the section to make sure I understood exactly what it wanted me to know and had to figure out what was just "noise" on my own. However, the study guide was very well done and utilized several techniques (i.e. matching, categorizing, completing sentences, case studies, optional "essays" <- as much as you want to write, labeling pictures, etc.) in order to better remember and understand the information. I really liked it and was able to obtain an "A" in the course.

Helps Get the Details into Your Head
This workbook helps get the details into your head. I bought it to go with the textbook, even though it wasn't required for the class. Sometimes I just copy in the answers (from the back of the workbook) but even that way I learn things I would have missed otherwise, and gain understanding of more difficult pathophysiologic processes. Worth the money, I am earning A's in the class.

Helped me a lot
I used this for a masters class in nursing. It was paired with the textbook and really helped me put it all together and organize the concepts more clearly in my brain. I thought the textbook was not written very well, very wordy without a lot of basic explanation. This study guide helped me quite a bit.
