I bought this for my sister in law and she said it helped alot. She did not use the cream that much but she was religious with the supplement. When she ran out, she tried a couple of other brands but said that hands down this was the best. So here we are ready to buy more. I hope this helps someone else as she was suffering alot from the many side effects that come with menopause. I wish that they sold the supplement on its own and in higher quantities.

The listing says the cream has USP progesterone but that isn’t listed in ingredients ? Yam extract is not the same.

Prospective buyers beware! This product contains carrageenan, a known carcinogen. There should be a warning on the label. I will not be purchasing again and have purchased another product instead.

First, the supplements are very good. Exactly the ingredients I'd be buying singly to take together for age related hormonal imbalance. I'm not having any negative effects from them and they are easy to swallow with no lingering after effects. Time will tell their efficacy and I'll gladly update should there be anything to report from my experience.Now, the cream. It also has great ingredients for a Progesterone cream, I wanted the cream in addition to the supplements to help the ratio balance between estrogen I've added and progesterone. I didn't want an excess of the estrogen. Also, the cream is as beneficial for what it doesn't have as it is the actual ingredients! If feels nice and non sticky going on, leaves good hydration.I am already feeling relief from the estrogen/progesterone combo but I have to mention the scent of this cream. I made the mistake of initially applying to several areas, including my neck and wrists. This smell does not agree with me! I know there is no added fragrance and the "rose" part is only in the name, not an ingredient, but it smells slightly of moldering roses.I found a solution - I put it only on my lower body, especially my abdomen, where I'm not as exposed to the smell, especially when dressed. I wanted to keep using it and this is one way I can get the benefits without the not so sweet part. I just make sure I've used something that has a scent I do enjoy nearer to my face. Problem mitigated!So, this set is a yes from me, I do recommend. Just be aware that you may have to mask the cream's scent if you have a similar "nose" to mine.

I bought this because I was unable to find my normal cream! This was an excellent choice as it is just as effective and HALF THE PRICE of my normal cream. Also noticed that it absorbed much more quickly than my old product which was a pleasant surprise! Definitely happy with this product !

I did not like the fragrance of this progesterone cream. I also didn't notice a change after taking the supplements as directed. I would not reorder this product.

I can't say that I am noticing a difference yet. But I am only in perimenopause, so I haven't been experiencing the symptoms quite as much as I expect to later on and am not sure if what I am feeling are menopause symptoms. That said, I do feel better when using it. I love the scent of the cream too!
