The characters are so loveable. Tessa is impulsive which can be a bit nerve racking, but it makes her real. I am enjoying the adventures from book to book.

I really didn't particularly enjoy Book 6 (or moreso Book 7) in this series, and so debated whether or not to go any further. However, enjoy reading book series, didn't have another series in mind at the moment, and so gave it another try. The books in this series tend to have WAY to many nearly irrelevant sub-plots going at the same time, the heroine has a MAJOR proclivity for utter stupidity, and in the last two books you could almost COUNT on her family to believe the worst of her -- and for her situation to worsen. I enjoy components of romance and sex, but the author dwells so much on descriptions of hyperactive "lady parts" and the body parts of male characters (major and minor) that I'm inclined to think it's a device to extend the number of pages. In any case, I found it hard to slog through this one, and while I may try ONE more in this series I really doubt that I'll take it any further if I keep bogging down and desperately wanting a fast forward button,

Another great thriller by the author. Tessa now faces the Sons of the Darkest witchcraft around. Her magic doesn't work. She has to use her demon MOJO. How will she save the day?

Suspense was great. Very good read. Series has been good but this book had me on the edge of my seat. Love the characters in the series. Can't wait to see what's next.

Authors always use these females as lead characters and they turn out being idiots lol. They don't think anything through completely but they wonder why their plans never work out. Think I've kept reading these books just to see what kind of mess Tessa gets herself into and almost killed. I really wish Ronin was in these books more.

I love.love love this series and others written by Kim Richardson! Most of the paranormal series are so much alike that I get tired of the same patterns!! But not with these witches! Oh no! With each chapter comes a bit more imagination I just didn't expect! I love that! Not the same humdrum story!

Great read, lots of action, Lilith is getting the the blame for killing shifters but lookout for The Guild of Wizards, snarky humor,great characters and awesome storyline

Tessa is trying to find Lilith without any success when two young werewolves dismembered bodies are discovered and laid out in the shape of a smiley face... magic is hanging heavy in the air around the kill site...Their parents are ready to hold Tessa personally responsible when Amelia deliberately puts her in the middle of their meeting with Marcus... stirring unnecessary tension between shifter and witch communities...After a date with Marcus Tessa is attacked by three hooded and cloaked figures who mock her weakness as a witch and woman... Tessa kills one in self-defence but not before they had attempted to weaken her by magically tearing her clothes away believing it would somehow affect her ability to fight back... Tessa wins but soon after Hollow Cove is attacked by an unknown force that has installed a dome over the entire town and is attempting to kill the entire population, shifters first but anyone else is fair game...The ending was just odd... suv's?? Where are the rest of the MERLIN's?? How are they working in isolation when it's a huge organisation?? There are plot holes like this throughout the series... they seem to work in isolation despite all the "it's a big organisation and you have to complete the trials to be a MERLIN" in the first two books... the Grey Council are referred to fairly often but only appear for trials not to do anything... it's frankly odd...

Some book series become watered down as they progress however Richardson has managed to enhance each new book making these a great read. They are thrilling, believable, page turners which leave you craving the next book in the series. I hope the author keep in writing in the hollow cove series.

Enjoyed the story very much but like the title a bit of madness totally different but really good had a few tears had laughter 😃 another fantastic read.

What another great read in this series. Tessa is never without trouble as it finds her every time without her looking for it. A well written book that keeps you turning the pages.

Another brilliant book to add to this series and like all the other books in this series it was another page turner I couldn't put down.
