Yes, just wash with soap and water. You don’t have to wash it every time you use it.

unable to clean, it stays stiff! Why?

I have tried brush cleaner and it does not do as well a good ole "soft soapy water" Works for me. I actually clean all my makeup brushes with this soft soap....does well.

Whare are the actual dimensions of the brush without the handle?

The brush is a good size. I’d say maybe 2.5-3” in diameter. Also, it’s dense, so it holds up to applying cover to the legs. The handle makes it easy to hold and helps cover a larger area quickly. Works very well in conjunction with the Blend & Blur. Hope this helps! 🌺
