It was a Christmas gift for my 11 yr old grand daughter..her Mom really liked it, I didn't get to see her in it, but I know it would be cute on her!

It fit perfect and it is stretchy and thick! washes beautifully and the hip tie is a cute detail! was purchase for granddaughter that is 7 but is very skinny and has the size of a 9-10 year old. so very happy ! thank you

My daughter loves it. Super cute shirt. Colors are great. The draw string is great & makes the shirt so much more fun than a plain tee shirt. My only problem is the sizing. I knew better than to trust the “fit as expected”, “true to size” nonsense, so I bought the largest size available (labeled for 13 yrs) for my average sized 8 year old. It’s a good thing I did. The big size fits her perfectly, without any wiggle room & the material is a blend, so don’t think you can stretch it out like cotton. It did stretch it a tiny bit, but not much. If you have a scrawny kid, then you might get away with, true to size, but if your kid is average or has any extra meat on their bones, then size up or keep looking. Again my daughter is really happy with this purchase, I just wish it was looser fitting for some room to grow. Any kid eight or younger, or very slender should be fine, but I think that this would be too small for the average preteen. While I wish the sizing was more accurate for the average American girl, I won’t go below 4 stars because I feel the quality of the shirt is okay, not sure how well it will hold up in the wash yet though. I feel like the material will get those little pills, so gentle cycle only. My daughter’s happy so I’m happy, we’re keeping it.

Good quality, but runs so small, it didn't fit my granddaughter. I gave it to the cleaning lady for her little girl.
