Easy to use
I buy it to use in my office to warm up a coffee or tea. Very useful product. You can keep on your office table to use it any time, no need to go to use microwave every time. Good product.

Worst item I’ve purchase!!! Stay away
I just received the item today and tried to work for ages but it didn’t work not heating at all!!! I was so disappointed the quality was poor and looks cheap. I would not recommend this mug warmer at all. Please do not purchase this one or else you will end up regretting it. If there zero star I would rate it as zero.❌❌❌
