Spare Crossbow String Kit for 28 Lb. and 50 Lb

I've never been happier with a piece of sporting goods, or archery equipment, or a weapon, than I have with the Bolt pistol-grip crossbow. I am therefore just pleased as punch with this replacement bowstring. You should understand that the bowstring of one of these mini-crossbows wears out pretty quick; the string serving slides right across the launch platform, wearing it out from the first shot. You don't just order ONE of these replacement bowstrings; order at least a half dozen, if you really enjoy shooting this thing. And get a few dozen of those plastic 7 inch bolts; they don't last all that long either. The mini-crossbow itself feels like it will last forever. I should make a YouTube video of how to make a bowstringer for one of these crossbows and how to use it; it's so easy if you have a good bowstringer, and so impossible if you don't. (It's two spikes = really big nails) driven into a decent size tree trunk, very parallel to each other and at very much a right angle to the tree trunk, about four inches apart.) Oh, hey, one more thing: Dribble SuperGlue all over the serving of this bowstring before you shoot it; AND get some beeswax and wax the rest of the string every week or so. Happy shootin'.

The tale of the string: Order received no problem in a timely manner. Installed no problem, but I can see why a possible non mechanical type person could find difficulties in stringing the xbow. It took some thinking to find the easiest best way to re-string the pistol. Fired it 6 to 10 times and then, on the last bolt the string comes off as the trigger is pull and becomes elusive, no where to be found. Yet the search goes on and photos when found! Yes, the string and the flight line of the pistol where both very well waxed before any firing any ammunition with the new string. I found the string acceptable enough that I am about to reorder.

There are many dead rabbits in my yard thank you for selling this to me and sending it to me as quick as you possibly could. Great bowstrings hold up great the mini firings and let me let me tell ya they’ll definitely go and keep the rabbits out of your yard

This is the only replacement I could find and it does not fit. Correct brand and everything should match but it will not go on the crossbow.

these strings last awhile as long as you keep wax on them and lub on the rails
