Very nice crystallised ginger, random sizes and nicely sugared.Was a very good price and arrived next day.There are lots of different brands of crystallised ginger on Amazon and I have tried a few and this is among the best.Ginger has an unbelievable variety of heath benefits and this is one of the nicest ways to self medicate!

Perfect for ginger cookies
A famous clothing and food store only sells its crystallised ginger at Christmas so I found this on Amazon. This is excellent, and I used it for my Mary Berry ginger biscuits.
