The self cricket game is good but if it doesn't work with you it's probably because the rope is too long so make a tie and check when you try to hit the ball if it's bouncing back to you if it's not then you need to shorten the rope more until it works

I love it. Besides entertaining grandchildren it can be a way to get exercise for older people. I had a go and it certainly raised my heart rate
