Loved the fact that it helps my back when I am driving. Hate the fact that in the description it said that it was machine washable and it wasn't. It fell apart. Look at the picture. I am disappointed it didn't last. If you buy this back support, please don't attempt to machine wash it. This is all I have left. Can your company reimburse me. I am 2 days late on the 30 day return policy or at least send me another one. Please tell the customers not to machine wash it.

The Kasney Lumbar Support Pillow Ergonomic Memory Foam, Relieve Back Pain Pillow is a portable and comfortable solution for my back pain and all around comfort. What I like most about this pillow is the memory foam that allows me to reposition the pillow and not worry about soft spots or lumpiness. I can easily move it from living room furniture to my office chair and to my truck for short trips or long road trips. I've tried everything and have finally found my solution and am so happy I bought this. My only problem is what to do with all the 'other' things I tried first. Oh well, I have this now! My reason for rating the pain relief at 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the extreme pain I have been in, but I do believe that with more time, that will continue to get better.

On recommendation of PT got this lumbar support. I leave it car and use when driving. It gives my back the support needed. It was a little still to begin but relaxed a little while keeping firm and stable. Good value and would buy again

This seems to be helping my back. I keep in on my couch and my back has not bothered me since.

I originally bought this to assist in supporting my lower back while doing floor ab exercises but there was little give in the pillow even with my weight directly on it. I then tried to use it as lumbar support at my office chair but it forced me so far forward that I could barely keep my butt on the chair. However, it did seem like good quality material, and for someone looking for intense support, I believe it would be a viable option.

I have been having back problems and purchased this for work. It is a nice size and I use it all day. Works great and helps with some of the pain.

Best pillow for lower back pain and I tried many. Also large enough that it fits the back of a recliner or chair and does not move around.

Worked great until the weather turned cold (freezing, zero degrees Celsius and below) at which point it turns into a stone hard blob. So if you are blessed with above zero temperatures all year around, it is a fine product. If you have cold winters and you want to keep using it in your car, it's not going to work.
