This is my second attempt at purchasing this bracelet. The first one I ordered had a diamond missing so I exchanged it because my husband really liked it and I thought maybe it was just one bad apple in the bunch. Then I get the second bracelet and two of the diamonds are loose in the package (see picture). I could just super glue them in but what happens when the rest of the diamonds fall out? This isn't a cheap bracelet and I shouldn't have to make my own repairs so back it goes. Ice Carats needs to fix its quality control processes.

I purchased this bracelet believing the size could be adjusted by removing a link, as per the seller's description. I tried using a link removal tool and even took it to a jeweler. The links aren't removable. Returning.
