Works great !
Got this printer for shipping labels and it was so easy to set up and use . Quality for printing on labels came out great! Very good for the price and very compact . Fits great on my desk and didn’t take up to much space . The labels sit right behind and looks great.

Exactly what I needed!
This little printer is amazing. I mainly use it for shipping labels but also for stickers that I need for my business. It was easy to setup, easy to use, has great print quality, is very affordable, and definitely worth the price. Changing out different types of label is super easy too. Love this little thing!

It's expensive junk
I spent weeks attempting to get this printer to work properly. It printed correctly two or three times, but it wasted hundreds of labels because it couldn't configure properly. I contacted support, but gave up when their suggestions were things I'd already tried, they kept requesting a bunch of photos, and i was referred to YouTube videos for troubleshooting. So, I did not find support helpful AT ALL. It was easy enough to transport and set up in different areas of the home, but it really doesn't matter when it's just overpriced junk.

It’s well worth the money and great for business
We’ve had this for a couple years now and the print speed is excellent. It works well. The only problem we’ve had is trying to figure out why the printer was printing stickers with a smudge on. It turns out you just have to open it up and clean the inside, every once in a while, it’s compatible with several different devices and we have printed thousands of stickers for all different businesses from lemonade stands to BMX tracks to food trucks. It’s an all in one package and a great value for your money

Excellent Printet
I am a Cottage Food Baker and I love the ease of using this printer for labeling! I changed labels and had an issue and the customer service team quickly got back with me and helped solve my problem. This is a great product!

I had trouble with getting the driver downloaded on my computer, and I called tech support and they helped me quicky! Great product.

Great Product & Customer Service.
I was having difficulties connecting the printer, but Customer Service came in clutch. They were able to text me & call me. The representative was kind and patient with me as I connected both my iOS & Mac devices. I did a couple test prints of templates and shipping labels, and it worked like a charm! Extremely pleased with my cute Pink beast. Prints fast and steady! Definitely got my moneys worth with the first 30 prints, and more to come!

The media could not be loaded. Compre la Bluetooth, es importante que sepas que solo se conecta a celulares o tableta mediante esta tecnología. Con PC, funciona normal con cable. Me gusto que es lo suficiente clara la impresión para que un código QR pues ser leído . Instale la app que indican y es fácil subir diseños y enviar a impresión.Me gusta, la recomiendo. México
