Fast Charging, Long Power Delivery Battery System for SENNHEISER EDW Systems.
Since I one four of the Sennheiser EDW Transmitter and Receiver units, it made sense to have additional rechargeable batteries for these units. This way I can power both the Transmitter AND the Receivers with this type of battery. While the units do take AA batteries, they are hard to place in the right polarity order. These are a one way slip in rechargeable battery that hold up for about 8 hours in optimal conditions - more than you should need on ANY non commercial shoot. The batteries by themselves cost 59.00, which makes this a good deal. I got two and have enjoyed the fast charging and functionality. True to Sennheisers comitment to delivering superb equipment to audio and video profesionals around the world. I have trusted this brand for over 25 years with my sound needs in my video business.

WORST Customer Service
Bought 2 sets of these from seller. One was OK and the other had one defective battery. In order to get this replaced the seller is asking me to pay for the return shipping. Will get my money back and NEVER buy from them again!!!

Super expensive for what it is
Yes, it works just fine, but VALUE is a huge part of the equation. These are still so new that there are no aftermarket choices, so this is it. Here's something nice. The charger itself uses a USB-C connector, so you can power it from a charging hub without adding yet another wart on your power strip.

No more AA's!
How many gigs have I done where the batteries have run out on my wireless? WAY TOO MANY! No more... I can last for a full 4 hour gig, leaving the mic on the whole time even between breaks and the battery lasts the whole time.
